【Abstract】 The responsibility system of contract for grassland-paying utilization had been fulfilled from 1996 in Tianzhu County, included two stages such as case study and extension. A total of 39 000 hm 2 and 3 370 hm 2 grassland has been contracted by farmers and farmer groups, respectively. This system would enhance construction investment from farmers, benefit for keeping balance between carrying capacity and stocking rate. It is a essential policy for sustainable development of grassland in Tianzhu County.更多还原
