PZT/PVDF压电复合材料的制备及性能
PREPARATION AND PERFORMANCE OF PZT/PVDF PIEZOELECTRIC COMPOSITES
【摘要】 X射线衍射测试表明,用氧化物烧结法制备的PZT粉末,其Zr与Ti的原子比为52:48, 为纯四方钙钛矿型结晶相;用模压/烧结工艺制备了六种含 PZT不同体积分数的 PZT/PVDF复合材 料;介电性和压电性的测试表明,随着 PZT体积分数的增加,材料的电性能参数呈非线性增大,当 PZT 的体积分数超过 70%时,介电常数。和压电常数 d33值迅速增加,当 PZT体积分数达到 90%时,其 电性能与纯 PZT相当。
【Abstract】 PZT powders were made using oxide sintering technique. X-ray diffraction (XRD) peaks of powders were monitored and showed that PZT was in crystallization phase of pure square with Zr/Ti of 52:48. The pattern of the PZT powder was observed with SEMI the mold technique of PVDF was analyzed by TG-DTA. Six sorts of PZT/PVDF composites were obtained with different PZT volume ratio by compression moulding/sintering technique. Tests of dielectric and piezoelectric showed that electric parameter accretion with PZT content increased nonlinearly, when the volume content of PZT exceeds 70%, dielectric constantε and piezoeclectric constant increased rapidly, when it reached 90% the electric parameters were almost the same as the pure PZT’s.
