渗氢对Ti-25Al-10Nb-3V-1Mo锻态合金显微组织的影响
EFFECT OF HYDROGENATION ON MICROSTRUCTURE OF THE FORGING Ti-25Al-10Nb-3V-1Mo ALLOY
【摘要】 对锻态 Ti-25Al-10Nb-3V-1Mo合金进行了渗氢处理,研究了渗氢引起的合金显微组织的 变化.实验结果表明,渗氢前的合金由α2相, O相和 B2相组成,渗氢有效地促进α2相和 B2相向 O相的转变,且使O相组织中有γ氢化物析出.渗氢引起合金组织发生变化的本质原因是氢导致α2相 和 B2相的晶格畸变,以及α2相和 B2相之间的元素再分配.
【Abstract】 The effects of hydrogen on the microstructure, phase transformation of the forging Ti25Al-10Nb-3V-1Mo alloy were investigated by X-ray diffractometer, electron microscopy. The results showed that α2. O and B2 phases were found in the alloy before hydrogenation, and the formation of O phase from α2 and B2 can be effectively promoted by hydrogenation. The γ phase (TiH2) has been also found in O phase with more hydrogen content. The essential reason for these microstructure variations caused by hydrogenation can be explained by the fact that hydrogen could cause the deformation of the lattice of α2 and B2. On the other hand, it could also modulate the element distribution between α2 and B2 phases and thus affect the phase transformation.
