双相MlNi3.7Al0.4Cu0.4微晶贮氢合金的结构及活化性能
MICROSTRUCTURE AND ACTIVATION PROPERTIES OF DOUBLE-PHASE MINi3.7A10.4Cu0.4 HYDROGEN-STORAGE ALLOY
【摘要】 测试和分析了新型超声气体雾化双相复合 MlNi3.7A10.4Cu0.4微晶贮氢合金的微观组织结构 及电化学活化性能结果表明,这种贮氢合金的微观结构为双相复合结构,基体为AB5(A=La,Ce,Nd, Pr, B=Ni, Al, Cu)相,富稀土的 AB相在基体中呈不连续网状分布,在相界面存在淬火裂纹。电化学 活化性能优越,活化次数仅为 1~3次。
【Abstract】 Microstructure and activation properties of a new microcrystalline MINi3.7AIo.4Cuo.4 hydrogen-storage alloy prepared by gas atomization was investigated in this paper. The it was shown that there exists eutectic double-phase structure consisting of ABS base phase and AB second phase along grain boundaries. The activating property measured was in an advantageous position with only 1-3 cycles, which was attributed to the appearance of large quantities of fresh surfaces within powder particle as a result of the difference in hydrogen--absorbing ability between AB5 and AB phases.
