(Si-,Al-)陶瓷化木材的化学方法
SYNTHESIS OF (Si-,Al-) CERAMIC WOOD BY CHEMICAL PROCESS
【摘要】 以 AlCl3.6H2O为原料,制备高盐基度碱式氯化铝 Al2(OH)nCl6-n,作为催化剂及网络形成剂参与陶瓷前驱体中TEOS、GPTMS的水解、缩聚反应.将其注入木材并热处理,得到高性能的(AI-, Si-)陶瓷化木材
【Abstract】 A novel wood-(Si-, Al-) inorganic nanocomposite was prepared and characterized. The procedure involved pressure impreganation of the (Si-, Al-) ceramic precursors into the wood cell walls. The precursors were made from reaction products of TEOS, GPTMS and A12(OH).Cl6-n. The method for the in situ conversion of the precursor to (Si-, Al-) ceramic was developed. It was found that the (Si-, Al-) gels deposited within the cell walls in nanometer scale. As a result, the properties of the ceramic wood in the fireresistance, antishrink efficiency (ASE) and resistance to decay have been distinctly increased. The effects of the interface condition between organic and inorganic on the properties of the nanocomposites was also discussed.
