【摘要】 目的探讨胶原凝胶复合物对各种类型褥疮的治疗效果。方法采用Ｉ型胶原为主要原料，研制出Ｉ型胶原凝胶复合物（胶原凝胶），治疗Ⅱ~。、Ⅲ~。褥疮共３５例。结果与对照组比较，胶原凝胶对创伤组修复的效果良好， Ⅱ~。褥疮均２～３周内愈合， Ⅲ~。褥疮４周内明显好转（占 ６０％）。结论 Ｉ 型胶原可促进肉芽生长及上皮再生，以Ｉ型胶原为主要原料的胶原凝胶能明显缩短褥疮的治疗周期，是促进伤口愈合的良好生物材料，其成份、药效、毒理等已经各种实验验证，值得在临床上广泛应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To assess the effects of curing bedsores with the compound of collagen gel. Methods Us- ing the type I collagen as the major materials,we developed the type I collagen gel compound(collagen gel),and cure 35 , cases of bedsore with it. Results Compaared with the control Groups, collagen gel had an active effect on repairing wounded tissues. With collagen gel treatment, Ⅱ~。bedsores healed in 2 or 3 weeks, and Ⅲ~。bedsores resumed obviously in 4 weeks(60% ). Conclusion Type I collagen may accelerate the growth of granulation and the regeneration of epithelia. The collagen gel made mainly of type I collagen can promote the wound healing and shorten its period of treatment.It is indicat- ed that collagen gel might be a good biological dressing. Its constituents, pharmacodynamics and toxicology have been con- firmed by the experiments. It is supposed to be widespread in clinical application.更多还原
