用铁砂(磁铁矿)尾矿制备的复合电波吸收材料特性

【摘要】 用铁砂(磁铁矿)尾矿为原料可制备性能优良的电波吸收材料。在 8-12GHz,其最大吸收量达18dB,匹配厚度0.58mm带宽2.5GHz。铁砂尾矿经450℃淬火处理后最大吸收量可提高到28.4dB;用尖晶石型铁氧体吸收材料代替部分尾矿可使吸收峰位置移向高频区;过渡族金属离子的加入使吸收量和带宽有较大的增加,最大吸收量达29dB,10dB带宽3.5GHz;不同电性介质加入,也能改善其吸收特性,差异较大。尾矿用于生产吸波材料;变废为宝,有较高的经济效益。

【Abstract】 Superior absorption materials were made by using iron-sand (magnetic ore) tailings. In the frequency of 8-12GHz, the maximum absorption quantity reaches 18dB, with a matching thickness of 0.58mm and 10dB bandwidth of 2.5GHz. The maximum absorption quantity increases to 28.4dB when the iron sand tailings is phase-convert heat treated. Replacing a part of iron-sand tallings with spinel-ferrite, the absorption peaks move to a higher frequency; Absorption quantity and 10dB bandwidth increase to 19dB and 3.5GHz respectively when adding transition metal ion to it, adding mediums with different electric characteristics can also improve its absorption properties with great differences. The reuse of iron-sand tallings can bring great economic benefit.
