【摘要】 目的 :比较西沙比利、多潘立酮等对腹部手术后应用肠外营养引起胃排空延迟的治疗效果。　方法 :应用不透 X线标志物检测三组病例的胃排空时间。　结果 :西沙比利组、多潘立酮组、安慰剂组胃排空百分比之间有显著差异。　结论 :西沙比利、多潘立酮对腹部手术后应用肠外营养引起胃排空延迟均有显著的治疗效果 ,其中西沙比利疗效更佳更多还原

【Abstract】 Objectives:To investigate the treatment effects of Cisapride and Domperidone in delayed gastric emptying(GE) after postoperative parenteral nutrition(PN). Methods:A rondomised,controlled,prospective study was performed.Thirty patients were divided into three groupes,each received 3 days of PN after cholectystectomy and treated by Cisapride,Domperidone and placebo,respectively.GE was assessed by the method of radiopaque markers on the third day after the operation and PN. Results:The GE rates of groups of Cisapride,Domperidone and placebo had significant differences(P<0.05). Conclusions:Cisapride and Domperidone have significant treatment effect on in delayed GE after postoperative PN,Cisapride is especially good.更多还原
