小麦醇溶蛋白电泳指纹鉴定和分析的微机辅助系统

【摘要】 小麦醇溶蛋白电泳指纹鉴定和分析的微机辅助系统”是配合A -PAGE技术建立的 ,以TurboC为编程语言和开发环境 ,可在 80 386及其以上微机运行。系统实现了大量小麦种质醇溶蛋白电泳指纹档案的微机管理和对小麦品种及其特征谱带准确、快速的搜寻、鉴定及遗传分析 ,亦适于小麦分类、演变和亲缘关系等方面的研究应用。介绍了系统的基本结构、主要功能、特点及应用实例。

【Abstract】 This system, set up to cooperate the technique of A PAGE and used Torbo C as programme language and development environment, could be run on 80386 computer and that over it. It realized the computer management of the great number of gliadin electrophoresis “fingerprints” archives for wheat genetic resources, and could accurately and quickly inquire, identify and genetic analyse wheat varieties and its specific bands. In addition, it could be put into practice in classification, evolution and bloodlines analysis,etc. This paper briefly described basic structure, main function, characteristics and applying examples of the system.
