水分胁迫下不同抗旱性小麦幼苗细胞质膜超微结构的变化
The effect of water stress on ultra structure of plasmolemma of different drought-resistant wheat
【摘要】 水分胁迫导致不同抗旱性小麦细胞质膜发生不同的变化 :胁迫 12 0h后 ,冀麦 36 (敏感品种 )发生细胞质膜的“内排”现象 ,即质膜内侧一些部位出现形状不一、大小不等的囊泡。与此相反 ,胁迫 12 0h后 ,晋麦 33(抗旱品种 )叶肉细胞质膜却发生了“外排”现象 ,即在质膜外侧与细胞壁之间出现了一些形状不一的囊泡 ,并且 ,随胁迫时间的延长 ,质壁分离加重 ,质膜“外排”的囊泡逐渐增多。在复水条件下 ,晋麦 33幼苗细胞超微结构恢复速度要明显快于冀麦 36
【Abstract】 The plasmolemma of the cells of wheat cultivars with different drought resistance changed differently under water stress. After the stress of 120 hours, the plasmolemma of the cells of Jimai 36(sensitive) was “endocytic”, which was a lot of bubbles taking place at the inside of the plasmolemma; on the contrary, after the stress of 120 hours, the plasmolemma of the cells of Jinmai 33(resistant) was “exocytic”, which was a lot of bubbles taking place at the outside of the plasmolemma. With the longer duration of water stress and more serious the plasmolysis, more bubbles of the “exocytosis” would increase. After rewatering, the ultrastructure of mesophyll cells recovered to some degree, and the recovery of Jinmai 33 were more rapid than that of Jimai 36.
