微管解聚剂对黄瓜幼叶细胞超微结构的影响
The effect of APM to the ultrastructure of cucumber young leaf cells
【摘要】 用微管解聚剂APM(amiprophos -methyl,甲基氨草磷 )喷洒黄瓜幼苗后 ,应用透射电镜观察了微管解聚剂对黄瓜幼叶细胞结构的影响。结果表明 :用 15× 10 -6的APM喷洒黄瓜叶片后 ,幼苗生长缓慢 ;超微结构显示 ,随着处理时间的延长 ,APM使黄瓜幼叶细胞结构发生明显变化 ,如使细胞间隙加大 ,液泡分隔 ,叶绿体变形并移向细胞中央 ,叶绿体中淀粉粒逐渐消失
【Abstract】 Treated with anti-microtubule drugs—amiprophos-methyl, the effect of cortical microtubules disassembly on the ultrastructure of cucumber young leaf cells was investigated by transmission electron microscope in this paper. The results were as follows:treated with 15×10 ˉ6 APM, the growth of cucumber seedling was inhibited. Following the time, the ultrastructure showed that intercellular spaces became larger, vacuoles were separated, chloroplasts deformed and moved to the central section of the cell, and starch grains in chloroplasts almost disappeared.These results suggested that the changes of cell ultrastructure might be produced by the microtubules disassembly .
