6-BA或KT对水分胁迫条件下小麦旗叶光合能力及千粒重的影响

【摘要】 在田间防雨旱棚条件下研究了 6 -苄氨基嘌呤 (6 -BA)和激动素 (KT)对水分胁迫下不同抗旱性小麦品种旗叶光合能力的影响。小麦花后 3d ,土壤自然干旱的同时 ,叶面喷施 10 μmol·L-1的 6 -BA或KT均能提高旗叶的叶绿素含量 ,延长叶绿素含量缓降期 ;同时能提高旗叶的光合速率 ,延长光合速率高值持续期 ,增加叶源量 ,从而提高千粒重

【Abstract】 Effect of 6-BA (6-benzylaminopurine) or KT (kinetin) on photosynthesis capacity in wheat (Triticum aestivum L.) flag leaf and the weight of 1000 grains of two different draught resistance wheat cultivars under water stress were studied in plot experiment with rain-proof shelter. Four kinds of experiment treatments were designed for each of the two cultivars. They were as follows: 1) Watering during the anthesis; 2) Not watering during the anthesis; 3) Not watering during the anthesis, treating with 6-BA; 4) Not watering during the anthesis, treating with KT. Three days after the wheat’s anthesis with the soil natural drying, 6-BA or KT (the concentration of 6-BA or KT is 10 μmol·L -1 ) were sprayed on the surface of the leaves once a day. And the spraying continued three days. The results of this experiment suggested that it was able to raise the chlorophyll content of wheat flag leaves, prolong RSP (relative steady phase of chlorophyll content), raise the photosynthetic rate and prolong PAD (photosynthetic active duration) with 6-BA or KT, thus it could raise the weight of 1000 grains.
