【Abstract】 The article states the connotation and the effect of the residential economic sovereign and analyses the relationship between the residential economic sovereignty and the economic growth in China with some examples. The author thinks that the residential economic sovereignty’s fragmentary is a heavy burden on the economic growth. It is the system that has made the economic growth decline since 1993 in China. Therefore, how to perfect the residential economic sovereignty is the basic approach to promote the economic growth.更多还原
