【摘要】 现代教育技术必须渗透到传统教学中 ,这是面向 2 1世纪教育改革的关键。高等学校的电教部门应改变现有的运作模式 ,积极推进把现代化教学手段运用到教学中的进程。本文着重从电教机构的变更、电教人员结构及素质要求、电教硬件和软件建设、实现教育最优化的措施等四个方面进行论述 ,力求为高等学校电教事业的发展提供一些可行性论证 ,让现代教育技术真正成为新世纪教育发展的原动力。更多还原

【Abstract】 The key to the educational reform facing the 21st century lies in the penetration of modern educational technology into traditional teaching. The audio-visual departments should change the operational modes to promote the utility of modern educational methodology in teaching.This thesis deals with the changes of audio-visual organizations,the requirements and structure of audio-visual personnel,hardware and software construction and the measures of educational optimization. It also provides feasibilities for the development of audio-visual aid in higher education so that the modern educational technology becomes the true motivity of the educational development of the new century.更多还原
