【Abstract】 Chinese enterprises have made some progress in transnational M&A activities already. In order to push the activities further, our enterprises must make strategic plans, including selecting the target markets, determining the main body of transnational M&A,choosing the payment ways, picking out the financing channels, deciding the integration tactics of M&A and so on.
