超薄铁电膜的居里温度及其表面效应
Curie Temperature and Surface Effects of Ultra - Thin Ferroelectric Films
【摘要】 采用平均场理论下的横场 Ising模型,得到同时考虑Ωs≠Ω,Js≠J情况下超薄铁电膜的居里温度表达式,进一步研究除发现存在临界表面层隧穿频率.Ωsc外还发现由Js/J= C所反映的临界值Csc
【Abstract】 The Curie temperature expressions of Ultra’- thin ferroelectric films are obtained by using the transverse field Ising model in the mean-field approximation theory under the condition Ωs ≠ Ω Js / J. By means of Curie temprerature expressions,the Curie temprerature as functions of n I as well as the values of Js and Ωs for the surface layer has been studied. Finally, the new information of surface effects displayed by the Curie temperature are oblained.
