【Abstract】 This article analyzes the meteorological conditions during certain heavy pollution days in Sept., 1998, Jan., 1999 and June, 1999. The results show that the inversion layers close to the ground level are the main meteorological conditions that easily cause high pollutant concentration. It also analyzes the accumulated pollutant concentration and atmospheric visibility distribution in Beijing under heavy pollution days’ conditions.更多还原
