【摘要】 目的　探讨原发性肝癌（ＰＬＣ）患者血清磷脂酶Ａ_２活性的变化及临床意义。方法 采用［^３Ｈ－油酸标记生物膜法检测了６０例 ＰＬＣ患者（其中 Ｉ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ期肝癌患者分别为 １４例、２３例、２３例）以及１６ 例手术切除肿瘤后和 １９例肝动脉栓塞化疗后患者血清ＰＬＡ_２的动态变化。结果 ＰＬＣ患者血清ＰＬＡ_２活性 ２９．２７± ４． １５（％）明显高于对照组 ８．４２± ２．０１（％）；且不同临床分期肝癌患者之间ＰＬＡ_２活性相差显著（ Ｐ＜ ０． ０５），随患者病情加重，ＰＬＡ_２活性呈递增趋势；ＰＬＡ_２活性≥３０． ０（％）和＜ ３０． ０（％）者一年生存率分别为 ３２．０％和 ７５． ０％；手术切除肿瘤后和化疗有效者ＰＬＡ_２活性较治疗前均有明显降低（ Ｐ＜ ０． ０５）。结论 ＰＬＡ_２可作为ＰＬＣ辅助诊断及估计病情的血清学指标之一，对了解 ＰＬＣ 患者体内肿瘤体积大小、病程发展、疗效评价及预后估计有一定的作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 ObjectiveTo Study the change of serum Phospholipase A₂ activity and its clinical significance in patient with primary liver cancer. Methods: PLA₂ activity was determined in 60 patients with PLC and in 35 cases of them after hepatectomy or prechemtherapy by [H] - oletate ra- dioactivity. Results:PLA₂ activity in stage Ⅰ, Ⅱ, Ⅲ patients with PLC was significantly higher than that in control group（P <0. 05）, the in- crease of PLA₂ activity was related with the clincal stage and the 1 - year survial rate PLA₂ activity decreased significantly after treatment by hepate- ctomy or prechemotherapy （P <0. 05）. Conclusion: It is suggested that the level of PLA₂ activity may be considered as one of the serologic pa- rameter in diagnosis and classification of clinical stage of PLC, therefore,the activity of PLA₂ in serum of PLC Patients may be helpful for estimating the development of disease,the volume of the tumor, the curative affect and prognosis of the patients with PLC.更多还原
