镁渣配料煅烧硅酸盐水泥熟料的研究
On Burning Portland Cement Clinker by Using Magnesia Slag
【摘要】 研究了镁渣的矿物组成和镁渣配料煅烧硅酸盐水泥熟料的反应动力学参数和物理性能。结果表明 :镁渣的主要矿物组成为 γ- C2 S、β- C2 S、Mg O、CF、C2 F、Fe O、Ca F2 等 ,并且镁渣可降低熟料形成反应表观活化能 ,加速熟料矿物的形成 ,提高熟料的强度。此外 ,利用金斯特林格和阿仑尼乌斯方程得出了熟料形成反应的表观活化能和反应速率常数。
【Abstract】 The mineral compositions in magnesia slag and the reaction kinetics parameters and the physical properties of burning Portland cement clinker by using magnesia slag were studied in the paper.The results show that magnesia slag consists of γ-C 2S,β-C 2S,MgO,CF,C 2F,FeO and CaF 2 etc.and can reduce the apparent activation energy of clinker formation reaction,accelerate the formation of clinker mineral and increase strength of cement clinker.The apparent activation energies and reaction rate constants of clinker formation reaction were also got in this study by Gentling and Arrhenius equation.
