燃油浮法玻璃熔窑火焰空间富氧燃烧的三维数值模拟
Three Dimension Mathematical Simulation of Oxygen-Firing Combustion Chamber of Oil-fueled Float Glass Furnace
【摘要】 本文在综合浮法玻璃熔窑理论和实际作业过程的基础上 ,建立了具有实用意义的燃油浮法玻璃熔窑火焰空间中富氧燃烧过程的三维数学模型。文中以日产 4 0 0吨燃油浮法玻璃熔窑为实例 ,以氧含量为 2 7%的空气作为助燃气体 ,对重油燃烧火焰空间进行模拟。计算实例表明 ,模拟模型能较全面地反映火焰空间中气体流动和温度分布的规律 ,对窑炉设计和富氧燃烧技术的运用有重要的参考价值。
【Abstract】 Based on the theory of floating glass furnace and the procedure of running furnace, a practical three dimension mathematical model on oxygen\|firing combustion chamber of oil\|fueled floating glass furnace has been constructed. By using the combustion assistance air with 27% oxygen, an oxygen\|firing combustion chamber of a 400 ton/day oil\|fueled floating glass furnace is simulated as a practical example. It has proved that all the simulation can well reveal the regularities of gas flow and temperature distribution in the combustion chamber, and it will give us a useful help for the coming furnace design and the use of oxygen\|firing technique.
