高硫碱比微组分对预分解窑熟料煅烧的影响
The Effects of High Sulfur-Alkali-Ratio Trace Comonents on Roast Clinkering in Precalcining Kiln
【摘要】 本文通过实验室生料易烧性实验,HTM、XRD和岩相分析等测试手段和分析方法,探讨了高硫碱比微组分(SO3、K2O、Na2O、MgO等)对预分解窑熟料煅烧的影响。研究结果表明:适量的MgO可改善硫对水泥熟料形成的不良影响,而SO3含量和硫碱比对阿利特的形成存在一个最佳范围与比值。
【Abstract】 The ettect of high sullun\|alkali\|natio tiace components(such as SO\-3,K\-2O,Na\-2O,MgO etc)on calcining of clinleer in precalcining kiln were studied.By the luinallity test of the naw meals.HTM,XRD,petrographic and chemical analyies.The lalosatory test showed that a proper amount of MgO Can nestrain the sullur’s havmlul inlluence on clinker tormation and there exist a lavoralle nange of SO\-3 content and a optimun natio of sulphus to alkali for alite formation.\;
