金属材料疲劳损伤的定量研究
The Quantitative Research of Fatigue Damage for Metal Materials
【摘要】 通过对45号钢材料在三种不同应力水平下纯弯疲劳试样的拉伸测试,研究了能量耗散随疲劳损伤的变化规律,发现能量耗散这一参量随损伤表现较为敏感,为此,本文提出一种新的损伤参量,且该参量能简单、有效地进行损伤完全分析,预计有工程应用价值。
【Abstract】 After tensile character testing for pure winding fatigue damage samples at three different stress level, the relationship of energy degradation and fatigue damage has been studied for 45 steel. It is shown that the variable of energy degradation is sensitive to damage. So, a new damage variable that is energy degradation has been put in this paper, it is simple and effective for damage analysis and valuable for engineering using.
