【Abstract】 In right of the characteristic of copper nickel precise shape wire used for glasses hinge, the manufacturing process of extrusion and drawing has been studied. The determination of operating parameters in all procedures and the effect of parameters on the performance and quality of products are discussed. The products made in this way feature smooth surface, high precision, brightness and cleanliness. The manufacturing technology is also proved to be reasonable, flexible and reliable.更多还原
