金属形变后的亚结构特征

【摘要】 利用SEM、TEM研究了单晶铝与多晶铜的形变显微组织特征并测定了形变显微组织中不同亚结构间的取向差 .结果表明 :形变单晶铝及多晶铜其原始晶粒发生位错分割而形成三类不同尺寸的亚结构 ,即形变带、胞块及位错胞 ;形变带由相互间隔的基体带和过渡带组成 ,形变造成的晶体转动主要集中在过渡带内 ,基体带由胞块及位错胞组成 .

【Abstract】 The sub structure characters of cold rolled aluminum single crystal and tensile strained copper polycrystal was studied and the misorientation between different sub structures after deformation was measured by TEM and SEM. The results show that subdivision of the initial grains has taken place and grains split into sub structures with three length scales. Deformation bands consist of matrix bands and transition bands,and the rotation is mainly developed in transition bands which consist of cell blocks and cells.
