紫外光辐照聚丙烯粉固相接枝及其表征
UV-irradiation solid phase graft copolymerization on PP powder surface
【摘要】 以二苯甲酮 (BP)为光敏剂 ,用紫外光引发固相接枝法在聚丙烯粉 (PP)表面接枝马来酸酐 (MAH) .研究了光敏剂浓度、反应温度、反应时间等因素对接枝率的影响 ,用FT -IR、XPS和化学滴定法对接枝PP进行了定性和定量的表征 .
【Abstract】 MAH is grafted on PP powder surface by using the method of UV irradiation solid phase with BP as photosensitizer. The grafting degree, which is influenced by factors of the concentration of photosensitizer, reaction temperature, reaction time and so on is studied. The grafted PP is characterized by means of FT IR, XPS and chemical titration qualitatively and quantitatively.
