Fe-17Mn-10Cr-5Si-4Ni合金低应力水平下ε_M的结构组成
The Structures of the Stress Induced ε_M at Low Stress in Fe-17Mn-10Cr-5Si-4Ni Alloy
【摘要】 用透射电镜、X射线衍射分析研究了 Fe- 1 7Mn- 1 0 Cr- 5Si- 4Ni合金应力诱发 εM的组成状态在室温随应力水平的提高而产生的变化。在应变小于 3%所对应的低应力水平下 ,形成 εM单变体薄片 ,其厚度小于 1 0 nm;而在对应应变超过 3%的较高应力水平下形成了长尺寸的 εM,其组成结构特点是单变体薄片单元沿长度方向排列。而宽大 εM内部组成结构状态的复杂性则与这种单变体薄片单元的排列组合有关。
【Abstract】 WT5BZ]By means of TEM and XRD technique,it was studied how the microstructure of stress induced ε M in the Fe 17Mn 10Cr 5Si 4Ni alloy changes along with the enhance of stress level at room temperature At low stress related to the strain less than 3%, the thickness of the mono variant ε M plate is thiner than 5nm; While at higher stress corresponding to exceeded 3% strain, the relatively longer ε M plates, which are structured by units arranging along length orientation, are formed The complex nature of the large ε M is determined by the manner of arranging and overlapping of the units
