一种新型腐蚀磨损实验装置及其性能研究
A New Type of Corrosive Wear Test Device and Its Performance Study
【摘要】 介绍了一种自行研制的销 -环式腐蚀磨损试验装置。该装置可以测定金属材料在不同介质、温度、载荷、摩擦速率、外加电位和试验时间下的多项参数以及纯腐蚀、纯磨损和腐蚀磨损速率、摩擦系数、自腐蚀电位及极化曲线等。循环检测装置可以检测腐蚀介质酸度、温度变化并作调整。还对所研制的腐蚀磨损实验装置的性能进行了较全面的考察。结果表明 ,该装置具有较高的灵敏度和准确度 ,系统测量误差一般小于 1 0 %。
【Abstract】 WT5BZ]A new type of pin ring corrosive wear test device designed by oneself was introduced in the article Using this device, pure wear rate,corrosive wear rate,friction coefficient, as well as polarization curve and so on,can be measured at different media,temperature,loads,rotating speeds,time and applied potentials.The acidaty and temperature of the media can be determined and adjusted.The performances of the device are also surveyed comprehensively The results show that the device has higher sensitivity and accuracy The instrumental error is less than 10% generally
