【摘要】 对 Si Cw/MB1 5镁基复合材料的超塑性变形行为进行了研究。结果表明 :Si Cw/MB1 5镁基复合材料在 340℃ ,应变速率为 1 .66× 1 0 - 2 s- 1变形条件下 ,断裂延伸率达到 2 0 0 % ,应变速率敏感性指数 m为 0 .35;超塑性变形后基体中出现了许多空洞和近似平行于断口的细小裂纹 ;晶须在基体中随机排布 ,失去了变形前轴向平行于挤压方向的特点 ,说明基体晶粒在变形中发生了滑动。

【Abstract】 WT5BZ]The superplastic characteristics of SiC w/MB15 magnesium matrix composites were investigated The results show that the SiC w/MB15 magnesium matrix composites exhibit a total elongation of 200% and m value of 0 35 at the initial strain rate of 1 66×10 -2 s -1 and at 340℃ There are many cavities and cracks in matrix, and whiskers are randomly arranged after superplastic deformation while they are oriented to the extrusion direction before superplastic deformation This phenomenon suggested that the matrix grain boundary sliding should take place during the superplastic deformation
