低层错能奥氏体钢的变形硬化特点
Deformation and Hardening Characteristics of Low SFE Austenitic Steel
【摘要】 研究了低层错能奥氏体不锈钢和高锰钢低温下的变形行为,根据两者拉伸应力应变曲线硬化阶段的相似性,提出曲线由基体硬化、行为软化和结构硬化三部分合成,应力应变曲线的上凹特征是软化主导与硬化共同作用的结果。分析了两种材料变形过程的相似性与不同点及其原因。
【Abstract】 The hardening characteristics of austenite stainless steel and Hadfield manganese steel of low stacking fault energy were investigated. Basing on the similarity of both two stress strain curves on hardening stage, we proposed that the curves were composed of matrix hardening, behavior softening and structure hardening From that we explained the partial stress strain curve of upward curvature was resuled from the interaction of dominant softening and hardening The similarity and difference in defomation process of two kinds of materials were discussed and the cause was analyzed
