挤压温度对喷射沉积Al-20Si-5Fe-2Ni合金的微观组织和力学性能的影响
Effect of Extrusion Temperature on Microstructure and Mechanical Properties of Spray Deposited AI-20Si-5Fe-2Ni Alloy
【摘要】 利用喷射沉积技术制备了Al-20Si-5Fe-2Ni合金。用扫描电镜和X射线衍射法研究了合金沉积态、挤压志和热处理态的微观组织,讨论了挤压温度对合金微观组织和力学性能的影响。
【Abstract】 In this study Al-20Si-5Fe-2N1 alloy was fabricated by spray deposition technique. The microstruc-tures of the alloy as deposited .extruded and heat treated were studied using scanning electron microscopy and X-ray diffraction In addition.the preform was denstfied by hot extrusion at 350℃ and 420℃- Effect of extrusion temperature on microstructure and mechanical properties is discussed.
