碳纤维表面含钛碳化硅涂层研究

【摘要】 以聚钛碳硅烷为前驱体,经高温烧成后在碳纤维表面形成含钛碳化硅涂层,该涂层由TiC、SiC混晶组成,稳定性好,致密性高且密度小,能显著改善碳纤维的抗氧化性和表面润湿性。

【Abstract】 In this study polytitanocarbosilane (PTC)was used as the polymer precursor to form a layer of SiC coat containing Ti on the surface of carbon fiber after high-temperature sintering. This layer of coating consisted of TiC and SiC mixed crystals. It had a series of excellent properties such as good stability, low density and close-packed structure. The properties of antioxidation and surface moistening were greatly improved by this method.
