【Abstract】 In this paper,the recent progress of research on AlN-SiC solid solutions ceramics is reviewed. Sintering parameters are analysed in detail,including the traditional sintering parameters of the mechanical mixture of powsders and the chemical activated sintering parameters, the characteristics of which are evaluated. The authors consider the activated sintering to be the future trend in the fabrication of AlN-SiC solid solutions ceramics,and several new approaches in the field are described.更多还原
