均匀设计法在Al2O3粉末超声化学镀铜工艺中的应用
Application of Uniform Design in Electroless Copper Plating on Al2O3 Powder under Ultrasonic Irradiation
【摘要】 用均匀设计法设计实验方案,采用在超声辐照下的化学沉积法制备了一种新型的Cu/Al2O3粉末复合材料,探索了该技术中各种因素对镀铜质量的影响规律,找到了表征这些规律的数学方程及化学镀铜的最佳工艺,化学镀铜的最佳工艺为:化学镀液的组成是CuSO4·5H2O 0.104mol、NaOH 0.541mol/L、酒石酸钾钠0.152mol/L、CH2O(37%)0.158mol/L(镀前现加),镀铜时间20min。
【Abstract】 Cu/Al2O3 powder is prepared by electroless plating under ultrasonic irradiation, with uniform design used for working out the experiment protocol. A mathematical model has been found to describe the effects of various parameters on the quality of Cu layer deposited. The optimized process of electroless Cu plating on Al2O3 powder requires CuSO4·5H2O 0. 104mol/L, NaOH 0. 541mol/L, potassium sodium tartrate 0. 152mol/L·and CH2O(37%) 0. 158mol/L (added immediately prior to electroless plating) ,and the time of electroless plating is 20mm.
