用热还原生成法制备自生Al2O3/Cu基复合材料
Production of In-situ Al2O3/Cu Matrix Composites by Thermal Reducing Reaction Process
【摘要】 用热还原生成法制备了自生Al2O3-Cu复合材料,并从化学反应热力学和动力学的角度,对Cu2O-Al二元体系反应过程进行了研究,同时通过SEM、X-ray等手段,对所制得的材料进行了分析,结果表明, 用此方法制备此复合材料是可行的。
【Abstract】 Thermal reducing reaction process was used to prepare Al2O3 DS copper ingots and the reactionbehaviour of Cu2O and Al was analysed with chemical thermodynamics and dynamics methods. In the meantime, we used SEM ,X-ray diffraction methods to test the material. The results shows that production of Al2O3 DS copper by thermal reducing reaction is feasible.
