低温烧结PZT压电陶瓷研究进展

【摘要】 介绍了国内外在PZT压电陶瓷材料低温烧结方面的研究进展,并对降低PZT压电陶瓷材料烧结温度的各种方法进行了评述。

【Abstract】 Research and development work on the low-temperature sintering of PZT piezoelectric ceramicoutlined in this paper. And various ways of reducing the sintering temperature of PZT piezoelectric ceramics are reviewed.
