激光熔覆Stellite和WFLC系列钴基粉末研究

【摘要】 用TJ-HL-5000CO2激光器对4种不同Co基材料进行激光熔覆研究,时熔覆层抗裂性进行了对比,分析了合金元素对熔覆层抗裂性的影响,指出WFLC-08及WFLC-11两种材料具有较高的抗裂性和耐磨性,是能满足激光熔覆工艺要求的Co基合金粉末材料。

【Abstract】 An investigation was made on the four kinds of cobalt based alloy powder for laser cladding with TJ-HL-5000 CO2 laser. The effects of alloy elements on the cracking resistance behavior of the coating were studied and the comprehensive comparisons were discussed. The authors pointed out that the coatings cladded with WFLC-08 and WFLC-11 cobalt based alloy powder materials had the advantages both in cracking resistance and in wear resistance. Thus met the requirements of laser cladding.
