海港码头钢筋砼沉箱群阴极保护的研究与应用
Cathodic Protection of Reinforced Concrete Caissons
【摘要】 某 10× 10 4 t级油码头由 19只钢筋砼沉箱和钢质架管桥组成。采用区域性外加电流法 ,对沉箱的海水全浸区进行连续的阴极保护 ,而对其潮差区进行断续的阴极保护。被保护面积 (沉箱外表 )约 12 2 50m2 ,钢筋总面积约 4 0 0 0 0m2 。研究开发了成套的专用阴极保护装置 ,试验了强弱交叉极化的方法。实际运行一年后的检测结果表明 ,有保护的钢筋比未保护的其耐腐蚀能力提高 4 .7~ 6.1倍 ,而锈蚀率降低为 1/ 14。
【Abstract】 A review has been made on the effectiveness of cathodic protection of reinforced concrete caissons with impressed current since 1994. The protected area of steel and concrete was 40 000m\+2 and 12 250 m\+2 respectively. It was shown that the corrosion rate of protected rebar comparing to that of the unprotected rebar reduced bo 1/5 and the percentage of corroded area to the tolal area of rebar reduced to 1/4.
