表面活性剂对Ni-P-SiC化学复合镀层性能的影响

【摘要】 采用化学复合镀技术制备Ni P SiC复合镀层 ,研究了 3种表面活性剂对镀层的硬度及耐磨性能的影响。结果表明 :采用阳离子表面活性剂与非离子表面活性剂进行复配 ,所得镀层性能优于单独使用一种表面活性剂 ;复合镀层的磷含量大于 8% ,属非晶态结构 ,SiC含量达 4 % ,硬度达 90 0HV ,耐磨性为电镀纯镍的 5~ 6倍。

【Abstract】 The effects of the different kinds of surfactants on the hardness and wear resistance of electroless Ni P SiC plated composite coating were studied.The experimental resluts showed that the properties of the composite coating obtained from the bath solution containing both nonionic surfactant and positive ion surfactant were superior to that obtained from the solution containing one surfactant alone.The coating containing 8%P and 3%SiC was characterized as amorphous structure.The hardness of the coating could reach 900 HV.The wear resistance of the coating was 5~6 times as high as that of nickel coating.
