【摘要】 研究了 YAG脉冲激光除漆的工艺参数和机理 ,给出了脉冲激光清洗 3种颜色漆层的实验结果。结果表明 :其他参数不变 ,只改变激光能量密度时 ,激光清洗油漆存在着 4种阈值。激光除漆工艺参数适当时 ,脉冲激光能完全清洗漆板表面的油漆而不损伤其基体更多还原

【Abstract】 This report presented a detailed study on parameters and mechanisms of paintcoat laser cleaning with YAG pulse laser. Three paintcoats with different colors were cleaned and the results were presented. The results demonstrated that there existed four different thresholds in paintcoat laser cleaing when changing laser enery fluence only. Pulse laser could remove paintcoat completely under proper parameters without damaging the substrate.更多还原
