【摘要】 随着证券市场的发展和上市公司的壮大 ,对上市公司的研究日益重要 ,其中包括对股利政策的研究。对股利政策的实证研究主要包括两方面 ,一方面是研究股利的市场反应 ;另一方面是研究上市公司选择不同股利政策的动机和原因 ,本文着重研究第二方面。本文采用了多元回归分析、单因素分析、分类统计三种方法对股利政策与财务指标之间的关系进行了研究 ,得出一些暂时结论 ,希望有利于理论研究和实务操作。更多还原
