洪涝灾害防御中的岩土力学问题

【摘要】 对长江流域洪涝灾害的成因及其防御体系和相关的岩土力学问题进行了探讨 ,还就堤防工程体系 3 DSIS的功能与作用作了阐述

【Abstract】 The genesis of floods water logging disaster of the Yangtze River Basin,its drainage area’s protecting system and the related geotechnic problems,are studied.Moreover the function of 3DSIS in dike project system is represented.
