【Abstract】 In the article, we discussed the pilot scale test which used electro-dialysis process to treat waste liquid of Hou’s Process and recover the materials loosed in the wastewater so that realize the zero discharge of the waste liquid of Hou’s Process. Through study the test result,we found that the wastewater which contains 1%salt (quality percent) can be divided into concentrated solution and diluted solution through electro-dialysis process. The salt content of the concentrated solution can be high as 9%~10%, while the salt content of diluted solution is as low as 0.05%.The concentrated solution recycled to Hou’s process mother liquor through distillation and concentration while the diluted one recycled as soda filter’s washing water.更多还原
