溶剂化金属原子浸渍法制备高分散Au/TiO2低温CO氧化催化剂
Preparation of Highly Dispersed Au/TiO2 Catalysts for Low Temperature CO Oxidation by Solvated Metal Atom Impregnation Method
【摘要】 用溶剂化金属原子浸渍法制备了不同金含量的高分散Au/TiO2 催化剂 .XRD和TEM测定结果表明 ,随着金含量的增加 ,金颗粒度增大 ,但直径都在 1 8~ 3 5nm范围内 .XPS研究表明金处于金属态 .Au/TiO2 在低温下就显示出较高的CO氧化活性 ,32 3K时CO的转化率可达到 10 0 % .金颗粒度为 1 8nm的Au/TiO2 催化剂活性最高
【Abstract】 Highly dispersed Au/TiO 2 catalysts with different Au content were prepared by solvated metal atom impregnation technique. The results of XRD and TEM measurement show that as the metal content increases the particle size of gold increases; but the diameter of Au particles in all the Au/TiO 2 catalysts studied is in the range of 1 8~3 5 nm. XPS study indicates that gold is in metallic state. The Au/TiO 2 catalysts exhibit high activity for CO oxidation at low temperature. 100% CO conversion is achieved at 323 K. The Au/TiO 2 catalyst with gold particle size of 1 8 nm shows the highest activity.
