聚乙二醇葡糖苷的合成及保湿性研究
Study on Preparation and Moisture Retentioeness of Ethylene Glycol Glycosides
【摘要】 用葡萄糖与聚乙二醇 - 2 0 0、40 0、60 0在酸催化下反应合成了聚乙二醇葡糖苷 ,考察了诸因素对产品质量的影响 ,测定了产品的保湿性能。确定反应条件为 :反应温度 1 2 0℃ ,催化剂用量 0 .1 %~ 0 .3% ,醇糖比 1∶ 1 ,体系残压0 .67k Pa~ 3.0 k Pa。残糖量小于 1 .5% ,产品具有良好的色泽和保湿性能。
【Abstract】 Polyethylene glycol glycosides were prepared from glucose and polyethylene glycol 200,400,600 in the presence of the acid catalyst.The factors influencing on the quality of the products were discussed.The moisture retentioeness of the products was determined.The reaction conditions recommended are as follows:reaction temperature is 120℃,ratio of polyethylene glycol to glucose is 1∶1,ratio of catalyst to glucose is 0.1%~0.3%,residual pressure 0.67kPa~3.0kPa.The residual rate of glucose is decreased to less than 1.5%.The products have good color and moisture retentioeness.
