【摘要】 介绍引进意大利GIANAZZA公司的脂肪胺生产装置工艺过程 ,采用间歇式液相法制取脂肪腈 ,批料操作时间10h ,最终脂肪腈的酸值在 0 5以下 ,伯胺反应温度 13 0℃～ 14 0℃ ,反应压力 1 2MPa～ 1.6MPa ,仲胺反应温度 2 0 0℃～2 2 0℃ ,反应压力 2 0MPa ,在环流式反应器中 2h～ 4h即可反应完成。提出了脂肪腈装置存在的问题及相应的解决方案。更多还原

【Abstract】 Describing the imported fatty amine equipments technology processes of GIANAZZA S.P.A in Italy,to produce fatty nitrile by intermittent liquid phase method,and 10 hr.for each batch,the acid value of final fatty nitrile is below 0.5,the reacting temperature of primary amine is 130℃～140℃,its reacting pressure is 1.2MPa～1.6MPa,The reaction temperature of secondary amine is 200℃～220℃,the reaction pressure is 2.0MPa and 2～4hr. are enough to finish the reaction in the loop reactor.It points out the exsisting problems of fatty nitrile equipment and puts forward the relative solving plan.更多还原
