【摘要】以河流弧菌—Ⅱ (Vibriofluvialis—Ⅱ )为指示菌 ,从大连沿海水域中分离到了一株海洋噬菌体—VP10 。电镜分析表明 ,VP10 具有典型的廿面体头部及带尾鞘的尾部 ,为蝌蚪形噬菌体。此外 ,还进行VP10 的热稳定性、pH稳定性及紫外照射稳定性等生物学特征的初步研究更多还原

【Abstract】 Seawater samles were collected from the coast of the yellow sea,Dalian,in summer 1996.A bacteriophage of vibrio fluvialis II VP 10 was isolated from these samples.VP 10 belonged to the Bradly A.type.Its biological characteristics were analyzed.更多还原
