智能流速传感器与PC机远程接口通讯的设计
Design on Communication of Intelligent Flow Sensor and Personal Computer Interface
【摘要】 本文阐述一种新型的以 AT89C2 0 5 1单片机为核心的智能化测井流速传感器设计 ,该传感器采用 TL C2 5 43 12位串行 A/ D转换器、MAX485 E半双工收发器构成数据采集/远程传输模块 ,有与 PC机远距离传输的功能 .实验结果表明 ,该设计方案具有模块功耗低、体积小、采样精度高、可靠性好、接口简便的特点 .
【Abstract】 In this paper, a new type of sensor is designed by way of make full use of the A T8 9C2051. The sensor has a module of collecting measuring data and long-distance transmission, and the module consists of serial A/D converter whose differential ratio is 1/2 [12] and half-duplex transceiver whose name is MAX485E. The converter’s name is TLC2543. the intelligent flow sensor possesses function of long-distance communication with PC interface. The results of the experimen t show that the project can be provided with the characteristic of low-power, s mall buldk, very high sampling precision, good dependability and handy interface as well.
