【Abstract】 To use tetradodecyl ammonium iodide as electrical actine material, a ISFET chemi cal sensor with PVC membrane which can respond to sereral kinds of minus ions is prepared. The responding slopes and limits to the ions are also determined. The sensor has better stability, reproducibility and sele stivity, and its prepara tion is simple.
