【Abstract】 A high precision non contact inspector has been developed, in which the double passage laser scanning technology is used to inspect the diameter errors of cylindrical work piece with large diameter(φ94-φ226mm). To obtain the precise measurement, the monolithic computer technology is used to analyse the measured errors and to process the measured data.The working principle and composition of the inspector are expounded.更多还原
