【摘要】 论述了我国发展风险投资对促进企业技术创新及其发展的重要意义，并就如何发展风险投资进行了详实的论述。

【Abstract】 This paper discusses the significance of develo ping risk investment to the promotion of technological innovation and developmen t of enterprises. In addition, it also discusses in great detail how to develop risk investment.
